ZenyxBitCa provides digital consulting services including process automation, data analysis, operational efficiency planning, project management support, and digital transformation advisory for business clients.
Clients agree to provide accurate information necessary for engagements, timely feedback during project phases, and appropriate access to systems required to complete agreed-upon work. Delays caused by incomplete information may affect project timelines.
Unless otherwise agreed in a signed statement of work, custom deliverables created specifically for a client become the client's property upon full payment. ZenyxBitCa retains rights to its own pre-existing methodologies, frameworks and internal tools used to deliver services.
Fees, invoicing schedules and payment terms are defined in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in paused deliverables until outstanding amounts are resolved, as outlined in the applicable contract.
ZenyxBitCa provides advisory and implementation services in good faith but does not guarantee specific business outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
